Washington County announced on Apr. 14 a request for proposals (RFP) seeking qualified industry experts to provide construction services for the Revenant, Hell Hole, and Wire Mesa Trailheads. The county will accept submissions until 2:00 pm on April 29, with a public bid opening scheduled for the same day at the Washington County Administration Building.
