California Baptist placed fourth with a score of plus-20 (884), followed by Utah Valley in fifth (889), Utah Tech in sixth, and Southern Utah in seventh (915).
Freshman David Liechty led Utah Tech on Wednesday by carding his second consecutive even-par round of 72, including three birdies, to finish tied for eleventh at plus-6 overall. Sophomore Frank Miao eagled all four par-5 holes during his last round and finished tied for twenty-third alongside teammates Braden Anderson and Ashton McArthur. Anderson matched Liechty for most birdies among Trailblazers over the three days with nine total.
The event was also notable as it concluded Utah Tech’s sixth season competing at the NCAA Division I level. Over the course of ten events this season, the Trailblazers achieved six top-six finishes, highlighted by their third-place result at the Colorado State Ram Masters.
