Handel’s Messiah, one of the most performed works of classical music in all of history, is a treasured tradition. The Orchestra of Southern Utah and the Orchestra of Southern Utah Chorale usher in this light of the Christmas season, alongside talented soloists as they explore the Messiah’s descriptive scriptural text and bring to life the story of birth, death and divinity. As we celebrate the 125th birthday of Southern Utah University, we are thankful for the SUU professors R. L. Halversen, William “Pa” Manning, and Blaine Johnson who began and nurtured this community tradition. Tickets are released online to the general public November 12th 9:00am
