Of the 7,044 people living in Enoch in 2020, 53.5 percent (3,766) were women and 46.5 percent (3,278) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Utah News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 427. In the 65 and over age range, there were 316 females and 267 males.
