Southern Utah University’s track and field program has released its 2025-26 outdoor schedule, featuring a series of meets that will prepare the team for conference and national postseason competitions.

The Thunderbirds are set to begin their season on March 20-21 at the Utah Tech Invite in St. George, Utah. The following week, they will compete at the UVU Collegiate Invite in Orem, Utah, on March 26. In early April, the team will divide between two events: the UNLV Rebels Elite meet in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, California.

Multi-event athletes are scheduled to participate in the Bryan Clay Multi on April 9-10 in Azusa, California. Additional members of the team will attend meets at the University of Utah and Weber State Invitational from April 10-11 in Salt Lake City.

The squad returns to Azusa from April 16-18 for the Bryan Clay Invitational, which is known for attracting top distance runners from across the country.

On April 30, Southern Utah will host its own SUU Coliseum Championships in Cedar City.

Postseason competition begins May 14-16 at Maverick Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships. Athletes who qualify will move on to compete at the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round from May 27-30 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The season concludes with those advancing to the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships scheduled for June 10-13 in Eugene, Oregon.
