76.4% of Garfield County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 5,061 citizens living in Garfield County in 2021, 76.4% were old enough to vote, equating to 3,867 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 2,010 were male, constituting 52%, and 1,857 were female, making up 48%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Garfield County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 70.7%.
